Recruiting Videos are perfect ways to showcase a student-athlete’s talents, skills, and qualities to colleges all over the country. FlipBox Productions can get an athlete’s college sports career jumpstarted by providing him or her with professional services and video editing.

WHAT IS A RECRUITING VIDEO?

Recruiting Videos are interactive DVDs that showcase an athlete through video clips, graphics, and/or interviews. Each Scouting Video is personalized to match the athlete’s personality and desires. You can send us your own sports footage, or our videographers can video tape the event with professional equipment. Then, our experts will carefully edit the footage and add effects, titles, and other elements to make each video professional and appealing.

The benefit of creating a Recruiting Video is that sports recruiters can watch and re-watch highlights, listen to personal testimonials from coaches and athletes, and learn what the athlete can contribute to their team.

 

HOW CAN YOU GET A RECRUITING VIDEO MADE?

Getting your custom Recruiting Video made is easy. Just follow three steps:

  1. Contact FlipBox Productions: Call or E-mail FlipBox Productions to set up an appointment to get your Scouting Video started!

  2. Fill out an order form (available online)

  3. Mail us your footage: You can mail us your own footage of your sporting events or have one of our professional videographers video tape your athlete (an additional charge)

 

RECRUITING VIDEO PACKAGE AND PRICING

For only $175 your Scouting Video Package will include:

1. CONCEPT MEETING:

  • Concept Meeting: Our experts will meet with you to plan the video, explain options and customization, and get an idea of what skills, talents, and accomplishments should be highlighted in the video.

2. CUSTOM DVD FEATURING:

  • Athlete Profile: Includes a biography, career highlights, and an academic profile.

  • Game Highlights Video: Video clips of your athlete that shows highlights from games.

  • Skills and Abilities Footage: Video clips acquired at a practice where the athlete demonstrates his or her talents or unique skills. These skills and abilities will be described through titles and/or voice-over.

  • Graphics and Text: The video will show an on-screen list of the athlete’s accomplishments, awards, statistics and results.

  • Video Effects: Effects include slow motion, arrows and boxes to highlight plays, etc.

  • Musical Accompaniment (optional)

  • Customized Menus, DVDs, and Cases

  • Five copies of the DVD

3. UPDATED WEBPAGE INCLUDING:

  • Current Statistics: FlipBox will update your athlete's game statistics regularly, giving scouts a source for current results and accomplishments.

4. ATHLETE RESUME SHOWCASING:

  • 10 color copies printed on high quality paper

For an additional fee you can add the following on to your recruiting video:

  • Video Taping Service: Our professional videographers will come to one or more games to tape your athlete in action with professional video and audio equipment. Cost: $40/hour

  • Interviews with Coaches and Athletes: Our videographers will interview the coaches and athletes. Through the interviews, coaches can describe what is unique and valuable about the athlete. Athletes can show their personality and describe their goals. Cost: $40/hour

  • Additional Copies of DVD: Cost: $6 each

*Travel Policy: Our office is located in Monroe, Ohio (which is half way between Cincinnati and Dayton). Our videographers will drive up to 30 miles for no extra charge. We charge $0.40 per mile for any distance over 30 miles.
