FlipBox Productions is excited to give your cheerleading club an EASY way to save money on your Midwest Cheer Expo competition DVDs! Since video cameras will NOT be allowed in the competition arena during the 2007-2008 season, ordering our professional-quality competition DVDs is the best way to capture the competition. Now, if your team sells five or more DVDS in advance of the competition day, you can save money and earn free DVDs. You can order your DVDs for the upcoming competitions, or order them for the entire season.

WHAT YOU GET
If your team sells FIVE or more DVDs, you can:

1. Buy DVDs for only $20 BEFORE the competition day (DVDs will cost $25 on competition day). Families can buy one DVD for $20, and each additional DVD for only $15.
2. Earn one FREE DVD for the coordinator of your DVD sales.
3. Get a FREE, unedited wide shot of your team’s routines on the day of the competition.

WHAT YOU DO
1. Assign a coordinator.
2. Coordinator distributes DVD Order Forms and collects the money.
3. Coordinator turn in any collected forms in to FlipBox Productions.
4. Coordinator distributes the DVDs approximately 2-3 weeks after the competition.

WHAT WE DO
1. Videotape the competition.
2. Give the coordinator a DVD of the unedited wide shot of the team’s routines on competition day.
3. Deliver the pre-ordered DVD to the coordinator 2-3 weeks after the event.

HOW TO ORDER
 There are three ways pre-order Midwest Cheer Expo Competition DVDs:

1. Order online at at the FlipBox Store.
2. Coordinator mails in the attached order forms one week prior to the competition.
3. Coordinator turns order forms in to the FlipBox Productions sales booth before 9:00 a.m. on competition day.
