By looking at the comebacks of the 20-something-year-old gymnasts (such as Mohini Bhardwaj, Shannon Miller-Phillips, and Kim Zmeskal-Burdette), this documentary challenges the stereotype and explains why older, more mature gymnasts can also be competitive in elite gymnastics.
